DCA group led the solution design for a new Customer Master application leveraging Tomcat-Spring-Java and a Teradata DB to replace the legacy mainframe CICS Member application. The Customer Master Data Repository served as the system of record for the enterprise.

WebSphere Message Broker (IBM’s ESB) mediated all integrations with Web services and legacy MQ based applications.

The legacy mainframe Loyalty application was replaced by a cloud SaaS application and integrated with the existing applications via the ESB and MQ.
