The customer required high quality photos of Equipment on Rent and handwritten equipment inspections to be loaded from sources to the PIM (Product Information Management).  This was  in support of Customer access to rental equipment details.   Azure Document Intelligence and Azure AI Vision were trained on sample photos and inspections and deployed as REST Services.

ESB flows were developed to extract images from the Rental Condition application and receive emailed inspections from the branches and Call the AI Models as a Service (MaaS). The images selected and inspections attributed were sent to a PIM endpoint to trigger automated workflows.
